Sorry for the second reply, I read your circuit better and am really confused.
If I’m reading it right, you have the resistor between +5V and the LED, and a jumper from the other side of the LED to Pin 12, is that right?
What’s your code look like? I’m really confused how this works, typically you’d use the Pin to go high/low and run the other end of the LED to GND.

This was just a simple code I downloaded from the SParkFun website to do a blinking LED. The schematic was in the manual.
5v is going to positive, ground is going to negative, then it’s the 330 ohm resistor, LED, then back to the chip.
